I know she is too young to understand but I like to talk to her about the ins-and-outs of day to day things. Today I shared with her the story of Jesus dying for our sins and rising again.
We didn't get pictures with the Easter Bunny this year (I always think those mall ones are SUPER creepy), but we did get to dress her up as a cute little bunny. I keep thinking about what she will think when she is 16, theres a good chance she'll be a little embarrassed.
What does the Easter Bunny bring a 5-week-old in her Easter basket?! A cute frame, Easter books (for her to enjoy next year) and a binky.
After going to church we spent the day at the Nana and Gramps Parrish house eating delicious food and drinking delicious drink. Just think Mom and Dad (Hewitt) this could have been with you too! But we wouldn't want to guilt you into moving out here :)
